I have made it no secret that autumn is my favourite season. Mostly I love the wardrobe choices the season has to offer and of course the makeup trends!. Today’s post will be a quick read about my favourite lipsticks that I will be abusing these next few months.
Think cranberry and oxblood red, dark nudes, browns and purples. Gorgeous warm shades to go with the moody weather.
A gorgeous rich purple shade, I like to wear this as a statement bold lip and just wear mascara on the eyes with no eyeshadow. Also works well for Halloween!.
This is my all time favourite red lipstick. It is a true red and you cant beat a classic red lip in the colder months.
I love the formula of the NYX liquid suede lipsticks and how great the huge applicator is making it super easy to apply the product. This is a Smokey brown colour which pairs well with a red toned eyeshadow.
A deep brown shade that goes well with a nude eyeshadow. Another bold statement lip but the formula is so smooth and creamy and lasts ages. Cant beat a Lime Crime lippy!.
This is a limited edition lipstick, brought out with their Naked Heat palette. It is a pigmented dark copper colour with a metallic finish.
A bargain lipstick that has a dark nude hue to it. I like to pair this with a gold shimmer eye and wing. The colour payoff is incredible.
I’m in love with this Oxblood red. I love deep dark tones and this lipstick applies seamlessly and dries down matte. It last so well I have trouble getting it off at the end of the day.
You cant have a autumn favs without a berry red lippy, I end up going through a tube of this throught the atumn winter months. It has the same applicator as I mentioned in the previous NYX shade.
Another metallic lipstick, this time a light copper shade. Its no secret I am a big fan of Lime Crime and I have their entire Perlees lipstick collection which is so incredible. I love this lipstick on a night out for a bit of glam. Not to mention the packaging is incredible.
From Left to right- ‘ blake, con artist, show off and 04’.
‘Penny, heat, salem, cherry skies and vintage’.
I am still lacking a pumpkin spice dark orange colour that I need to add to my collection. If anyone could recommend one id be so grateful. Let me know in the comments below.
Thanks for reading.
