Hello beauties, before the start of this year I had never contoured my face as the fear of it making my face look dirty scared me. I then picked up this product and starting practising different ways to contour and it’s safe to say I’m hooked.
Today’s review is on the Benefit Quickie Contour Stick that I picked up when at the Airport in duty free when I went to Berlin.

Chisel those cheekbones, slim that nose and get an overall sculpted look with this soft bronze, cream-to-powder contour stick. Hoola quickie contour stick’s dome shape tip ensures a smooth, targeted application every time!
You probably already know or have tried the Orginal Hoola bronzer which is one of The box ‘O powders from Benefit. I prefer working with a cream contour/bronzer so was excited to see that it comes in a cream formula.
Benefit always get it right with packaging, they always have funky colourful boxes and eye catching containers and this is no exception. I love the tropical theme and the stick is housed in a gold bamboo shaped bullet. It has a twist up mechanism and a rounded top which makes for easy application directly onto the face. It’s super easy to draw lines ready for blending. There is also a bamboo shaped brush in this collection for blending if you wanted to be extra fancy!
The first thing I noticed about the formula and possibly the most important is how creamy it is, it has a super smooth texture. The creamier the product the more it will look like ‘skin’. This blends out really easily, I like to blend with a dense brush but a beauty sponge works just as well. I really like the colour of this for my pale skin, it warms up my makeup look without looking muddy or dirty and doesn’t cling to any dry patches. Perfect for those who like a subtle contour.
How to use
On the side of the box you can find a few handy ways on where to apply the product. I have a really round potato head so I like to contour my forehead, under the cheek bones and under my chin to create a slimming effect.
This costs £24 for 8.5g which is a great price for how stunning this looks on the skin and how long it will last me. I will definitely be picking this up again! If you’re interested in buying this then you can find it here.
